Axel de Chevron Villette is a French-born entrepreneur who founded Clever Rental LLC, a successful real estate investment and management firm based in Sarasota, Florida. Over the years, he has grown an extensive portfolio of properties and led several renovation projects, including restoring historic buildings in France and Florida.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2014, Axel had a distinguished 15-year career in finance. He worked at leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Capital. His expertise lies in economics, quantitative finance, and advanced mathematics.

Axel was raised in France and speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently. His global perspective was shaped by living in London for 12 years, Tokyo for a year, and Sarasota for over a decade.

In his finance career, Axel specialized in trading exotic interest rate derivatives, where he excelled at managing risk and capitalizing on market opportunities. He worked with complex financial products at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and helped generate significant profits for each institution.

Axel holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from ESTACA, where he graduated as valedictorian, and a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from HEC Paris, where he graduated with first-class honors in 2022.

Axel met his wife in Paris in 1999 and married in 2005. They have two children, and his wife is an artist and entrepreneur who opened a coffee shop in Sarasota supporting local artists. Their business ventures reflect their shared commitment to quality and community.]
